Specialist cancer care (degree level)

Key features

This 20 credit degree-level module has been designed to enable you to become competent at assessing, delivering and evaluating the specialised treatment and care required by people with cancer and their carers in both general and specialist settings. 

You will link evidence-based theory to current clinical practice and develop the underpinning knowledge required to provide strategies in order to improve service delivery and give effective high quality care.

This module can be studied as a standalone module or as an optional module towards some of our BSc (Hons) Professional Development pathways - please contact the Professional Development Unit for further information.
