Jake was awarded £1,500 to assist with research into Parkinson's disease as well as Alzheimer's and Huntington's at the Karolinska Institutet in Sweden.
BSc (Hons) Tourism Management
William was awarded £969 to work on-board the Tall Ship Tenacious cruise ship. Whilst on-board he will work closely with a crew member with a disability, which could be mental, physical or both.
Joshua was awarded £1,500 to give volunteer support to the Floating Doctors charity in Panama who provide medical care to the most impoverished people of Panama and the surrounding countries.

Chloe was awarded £1,500 to work with Joy for Children and Communities in Uganda. Her main role will be to ensure that the charity is meeting its goals and that work is moving forwards correctly.

Amy was awarded £931 to live and work at a school in Rabat, Morocco. She will be working in private schools as well as schools run by NGOs as a teaching assistant before leading classes of her own.

Maria was awarded £1,500 to live with people who have leprosy in Vietnam in order to gain an insight into their lives. Her aim is to set up a sports team encouraging fun and activity focusing on the needs of the locals.
