Entry requirements
A 2:1 degree in computing or technical discipline. A lower degree classification may be considered if you can demonstrate a significant level of experience in the security area, with competence in computer programming. Professional experience may also be taken into consideration.
The minimum IELTS score for acceptable English proficiency for entry is 6.5 (with a minimum of 5.5 in each element).
Unfortunately due to modular similarities between our undergraduate and postgraduate courses, we are not permitted to consider any graduates. 
Applicants with overseas qualifications can check their comparability with Ecctis, which provides an advisory service.

If your first language is not English then evidence of English proficiency is required. The level of proficiency that is required can vary with the type of programme for which you are applying. A 2:2 honours degree, or equivalent, in any discipline. Computer appreciation is expected by students on this course.

The University of Plymouth offers pre-sessional English language courses if you do not have this.
Prior knowledge of data analysis or statistics and/or work experience are not necessary.
