Ellie Jenkins

"My favourite part of my career so far is the first time I was on model set. Coming from a product and home background, the first time I got on set with the model and held a camera and shot something that I knew was going on the website for the first time – for me that will always be the time when I really stood there and thought 'Oh yeah, I have done the right thing here and this is for me.'"
Ellie works as a photographer for the retail company NEXT.

Emma Booth

"I accessed a lot of support through the Careers Service. Graduating in 2020, when there was a shortage of opportunities and the working world shut down, I tapped into a lot of their online webinars with access to a lot of support there. Then I also had two paid internships through the iMayflower schemes, which then further lead onto support and freelance work. So, I'm really grateful for all the support I've been able to access, it has really helped me a lot."
Emma works as a freelance curator and community photographer for Fotonow, a community interest company.

Harry Gennard

"I graduated in 2022 and, since graduating, I've been working for an interior and property company called Toad Hall Cottages in Devon and Cornwall. I think beyond the sort of obvious creative photographic development that you get from spending everyday working on your practice, one of the biggest things was the Professional Futures module and the other modules that are similarly geared towards professional practice. They really helped me to gear up for the professional world."
Harry works as interior and property photographer for Toad Hall Cottages.
