Free mover students

Free mover students are 'non-degree' students, making their own arrangements. As a free mover student you are not involved in an Erasmus exchange programme or any other bilateral agreement and are required to pay a tuition fee at Plymouth University for the modules you study.

For information on tuition fees please visit

You can apply to study for one or two semesters and will need to submit an application confirming the modules you are interested in studying. After consultation with the department in question, and subject to entry requirements and any prerequisites for the modules, free movers can attend courses and lectures and acquire credit points if your home institution agrees to recognise them.
