Undergraduate

We require applicants to have completed the Zimbabwe General Certificate of Education (ZIMSEC) at Ordinary level grade C in English and Maths. This is equivalent to the GCE O level. In addition applicants must have completed 3 Zimbabwe General Certificate of Education at Advanced Level with the following entry criteria and according to programme specifications:

If you do not meet these requirements you will be required to take a recognised international foundation programme. Our partner college on campus, University of Plymouth International College (UPIC), offers a wide variety of foundation courses. 

Postgraduate

We require applicants to have completed the Zimbabwean Bachelor Honours Degree from a recognised institution with the following entry criteria:

75 - 100% First Division 1st
65 - 74% Upper Second Division 2.1
60 - 64% Lower Second Division 2.2

English Language

A recognised English language qualification (e.g. Zimsec O level or IELTS) would be required or successful completion of one of the University of Plymouth's pre-sessional English Language courses
