Diana Walters

Diana Walters works as a museum and heritage consultant specializing in peacebuilding, access, participation, intercultural dialogue, education, management and professional development. She has worked in over 20 countries as a project manager, facilitator, researcher and lecturer. Now based in the UK, Diana is an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at Exeter University. Internationally she works as a consultant for the NGO Cultural Heritage without Borders overseeing museum based interpretation and peacebuilding development in the western Balkans, Kenya and other countries in transition. She is a visiting lecturer at Gothenburg University, Sweden and has a PhD from Newcastle University, UK. Diana is also lead editor for ‘Heritage and Peacebuilding’ (Boydell and Brewer) due April 2017.
