Prior to working at the University of Plymouth Cat was employed by Marriott International, Mitchells and Butler PLC and Compass Group.  She specialised in the management of food and beverage operations, gaining extensive experience which she now utilises in order to support her teaching.

Cat currently teaches on the following modules:

  • Tourism HR and Competitive Advantage

In addition to her teaching role, Cat is also a supervisor to a number of final year Honours Project students from Plymouth University, as well as our partner institutions in Hong Kong and Sri Lanka.  She also delivers WSET Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications.
