Dr David Robertson
I am currently admissions tutor for the BSc(Hons) in Occupational Therapy and lecture on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within the Plymouth University School of Health Professions. I have an interest in professional development and my PhD investigated the transition between novice and expert practitioner. My professional practice experience was mainly in remote and rural areas and I retain a research interest in healthcare delivery in these settings. I supervise students engaging in research at all levels and act as an external examiner for programmes in other higher education institutions and as a peer reviewer for professional journals.
