- Supporting teaching and learning to undergraduate students on BSc (Hons) Dietetics and also BSc (Hons) Nutrition, Exercise and Health .
- Supervisory support to undergraduate students undertaking research dissertation projects.

Teaching interests
My teaching activities are to support the undergraduate dietetic degree programme. Module lead for the following modules - Business and Leadership, Human Nutrition and food studies, human nutrition and psychosocial care. Project supervision, as well as delivering other undergraduate lectures/seminars in the field of nutrition, dietetics and ageing.

Research interests
My specialist interests are bariatrics, diabetes and obesity. I also practice as a Freelance Dietitian and am currently involved in a MSc project looking at the views of Freelance Dietitians about working within primary care settings.
