- Plymouth University Teaching Fellowship Award Scheme (TFAS)-funded project: Enhancing design project-based learning in sustainable building by incorporating learning technology.

Successful 10-year career in food product development, progressing from Product Development Technologist to Product Development Manager. Working with fish, pastry and meat products, the roles included: developing food products from concept to launch, external and internal customer liaison, flavour profile creation, product costing, technical assistance, and quality monitoring.

SWWIC and WiTNet joint events
I helped organise a joint breakfast meeting event on 24th February 2012, between SWWIC and WiTNet, which was enjoyed by 26 attendees in the Isaac Foot restaurant on Plymouth University campus. The guest speaker at this event was Annie Broadbent who introduced the topic of mentoring to our group.
I helped organise another successful joint breakfast meeting between SWWIC and WiTNet held on 15th February 2013, this time enjoyed by 32 attendees. The guest speaker at this event was Plymouth University PhD colleague Emma Heffernan, who presented on her on-going research into zero carbon homes and sustainable communities in Cornwall.
