I joined the Peninsula Schools of Medicine and Dentistry Psychometrics Team in 2015 as an assessment psychometrician, following a number of administrative roles with the Medical School from 2004. In this role I contribute to providing rigorous and evidence-informed psychometric/statistical analysis and support for the evaluation and quality assurance of assessment data across the a number of faculty programmes. Analysing assessment data, applying standard setting methods, producing reports and supporting supporting research are all key parts of my current role.
Anything related to assessment data generated from medical and dental programme assessments, including the challenge of achieving an acceptable level of reliability in ISCE assessments.
