Creative practice & artistic projects

Through my practice I aim to encourage people to reject the speed and sanitised perfection of contemporary digital culture and to embrace physical touch and human error. By means of visual research and a critique of socially engaged art practices my work explores a range of relational concerns, realised through analogue processes, creating a discourse between traditional print techniques and contemporary thinking.

My work focuses on involving others in participatory print based events, investigating different levels of collaboration through an open and engaging practice. I have worked alongside participants at locations including Port Elliot Literature Festival in St. Germans and Cornwall’s Autonomous Zone at The Exchange Basement, in Penzance. Through a sustained investigation into a socially engaged multi-media art practice, human relations are my key subject matter.
