Biography
Lucy Black is the University of Plymouth’s Head of Facilities & Student Accommodation, working in the Estates and Facilities directorate. She is responsible for the provision of wide-ranging services to ensure the efficient operation of University’s buildings, including cleaning, security, access control, portering, post and waste management and for student residential accommodation. Lucy has previously held similar roles in university, local authority, NHS and charity sectors.
Lucy holds a masters degree from the University of Manchester and is a Non-Executive Director of the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management.
