I took up a lecturing job at the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun – Nigeria before my enrolment into a PhD programme in Geological Sciences at the University of Plymouth in Janauary 2011.

Teaching interests

I tought some undergraduate courses in Nigeria between 2008 - 2010 prior to commencement of my PhD programme in 2011. I am currently involved in Demonstrating of EAR 213

Research interests

My current research is focus on Cenozoic Terrestrial Palaeoenvironmental Change: An investigation of the Bovey and Petrockstow Basins, South West United Kingdom. I am interested in applying multiple proxies in palaeoreconstructions especially organic geochemical proxies, carbon isotopes, and terrestrial Palynology
