Professional Biography: Polly has worked in Higher Education since 2001. She is an Educational Developer who works alongside academic colleagues to enhance the teaching, learning and assessment experience for students. She is also the Programme Director of a Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP) which incorporates innovative design and a range of pedagogic approaches. Much of Polly’s external consultancy work is informed by her research which includes: effective feedback; dynamic curriculum design; inclusive assessment practice, and internationalisation.

I am an educational researcher and practitioner with a passion for creating dynamic teaching and learning environments. My current research is on the international curriculum and the role critical global learning. Previous research projects include: Inclusive Assessment Design;Giving Effective Feedback; and Transnational Education.
