I manage the HR Systems and Data team, working closely with HR and IT colleagues to maintain and develop the HR & Payroll System (iTrent), on projects across the system to enhance functionality to provide business process improvement, alongside leading the efficient and accurate delivery of HR and Payroll statutory returns.
