Teaching interests

Seminars on Proteomics and Data Analysis. Teaching and Training sessions in Mass Spectrometry based Proteomics for Undergraduates and Post Graduates. I am responsible for organising weekly research seminar series for SoBHS/ITSMED.

Research interests

I am running the Proteomics Core Services Laboratory located within the Systems Biology Facility. We offer various services involving LC-MS Based Proteomics and Bioinformatic Analysis of Proteomic Datasets. Besides this, I also provide specialist advice on experimental designs for a wide range of research projects.


My research primarily focusses on development of customised LC-MS based Proteomic Workflows for a wide range of applications. I have keen interest in epigenetic post translational modifications and their role in disease pathology, Cancer and toxic responses.
