Beach clean and trip to Looe

Join the University of Plymouth for a Surfers Against Sewage beach clean at Seaton Beach in Cornwall.

Date: Sunday, 14 April 2019

Cost: free

Pick up: the coach will collect students from North Hill (by the main hall) at 10.00 and will leave Looe at 16:00

The coach will leave the main campus at 10.00 and the beach clean will be in full swing between 11.00 and 13.00. Equipment will be provided along with a snack and drink.

Following the beach clean, we’ll head to Looe, a Cornish town with picturesque views, traditional amusements and gift shops. You’ll have the afternoon at leisure in Looe to enjoy an ice cream or fish and chips by the harbour or a game on the beach, before boarding the coach at 16.00 for the return trip to campus.

This is a free event open to University-managed hall residents living in Astor House, Central Point, Discovery Heights, Mary Newman, Francis Drake, Radnor, Pilgrim, Gilwell and Robbins.
