Chaplaincy Walk

Saturday 16 March 2019

The chaplaincy team will be leading a walk either on Dartmoor or the coastal footpath. Meet at the chaplaincy 10.45 bringing a packed lunch and a waterproof coat. Back by 16.00. Sign up in the chaplaincy.

Mount Edgcumbe Walk - Saturday 21 September 2019 –  meet outside theSherwell Centre about 10.30 for a walk around Mount Edgcumbe Country Park.

Two Minute Silence Ceremony

Monday 11 November 2019, 10.50–11.10 at the Portland Square Memorial.

A short ceremony to mark the two minute silence on Armistice Day including laying of wreaths.

The University Carol Service

12 December 2019, 19.30, Methodist Central Hall

Get into the Christmas spirit and join us for a service of readings and carols at Methodist Central Hall. With music provided by the University of Plymouth Choral Society among others and refreshments afterwards. There will be a retiring offering in aid of Shekinah Mission. This year the theme will be “A Victorian Christmas” to mark the 200th anniversary of the birth of Queen Victoria.
