A – May Progress

Undergraduate students

• A1/ May progress, module results and any credit awarded are as indicated on the transcript 
  
• A2/ Module results and any credit awarded are as indicated on the transcript
  
• A3/ Progress with exceptional referral(s) as indicated on the transcript 
  
• A4/ May progress to Placement/Experience or Practice 
  
• A5/ May be awarded as indicated on the transcript but must satisfactorily complete Placement/Experience or Practice.
  

Postgraduate students

• A1/ May progress, module results and any credit awarded are as indicated on the transcript
  
• A3/ Progress with exceptional referral(s) as indicated on the transcript
  

B – Referred* 

Undergraduate referred students

• B1/ Referred as indicated on the transcript
  
• B2/ Referred as indicated on the transcript and suspend study 
  

Postgraduate referred students

• B1/ Referred as indicated on the transcript
  
• B2/ Referred as indicated on the transcript and suspend study

G – Repeating 

All repeating undergraduate students

• G1/ Repeat module(s) as indicated on the transcript
  

All repeating postgraduate students

N – Failure (all failed students)

• N1/ Fail and must withdraw from the programme
  
• N2/ Pass, but not at the level required for automatic progression
  

D – Deferred decision (all deferred students)

• D1/ Decision Deferred. Please contact your Faculty for further details.
  
• D2/ Passed academic requirements; decision deferred pending completion of elements as indicated on the transcript. Please contact your Faculty for further details.
  

W – Withdrawn (all withdrawn students)

• W1/ Withdraw 
  

S – Suspended (all suspended students)      

• S1/ Suspended Study. Please contact your Faculty for further details.
