This 20 credit module is one of two modules that combine to make up the Integrated Working in Community and Primary Care short course, which can be taken at degree and masters level.
It can be accessed as a standalone module but it is recommended that the greatest benefit from this module is gained when completed as part of the full course.
The module is delivered by expert multi professionals, including a variety of visiting lecturers currently working in health and social care, drawing upon their different perspectives and wide knowledge and experience of community/ primary care to include:
- partnership and integrated working
- managing complexity
- public health and social care perspectives
- risk assessment and safeguarding.
You will have the opportunity to learn with and from other health and social care professionals and enjoy a mixture of learning styles, such as face-to-face teaching, online and distance learning and self-directed learning.
