Mark Alston, Course Leader from the University of Salford, will present his findings from research on adaptive/intelligent glass materials for tall buildings.

This event is open to all Architectural Technology and Environment (ATE), Architecture and Environmental Group students at Plymouth University and associated professionals/practitioners. Booking is essential to reserve a place.


  • 4pm: Registration and refreshments / display of ATE work
  • 4.30pm: Introduction by Satish and Paul Chapple 
  • 4.45pm: Presentation by Mark Alston (approx 45 minutes) followed by questions, networking, refreshments and display of ATE work
