BETA Enterprise lecture on SOUP and GAIN

Save event

This free lecture, available to all Plymouth University undergraduate and postgraduate students, is run by the Futures Entrepreneurship Centre’s BETA Enterprise programme and is led by Richard Adams.

Plymouth University’s GAIN team is bringing SOUP – the international crowdfunding phenomenon – to the South West business community. Four investment-hungry businesses will pitch their ideas to an audience, who will mull over the presentations over soup, before voting for their favourite with their empty bowls.

The events will give businesses the chance to secure a minimum £750 investment, made up of ticket sales and supplemented by GAIN, as well as a package of other benefits.

Richard Adams will review the highlights of the first SOUP event, potentially reveal the next SOUP dates and provide advice for students interested in pitching for investment through SOUP!

This event is open to all Plymouth University undergraduate and postgraduate students.
