British Science Week (formerly National Science and Engineering Week) is a national initiative that has been running since 1994.

It is a ten day celebration of the best of British science, technology, engineering and maths with a line-up of fascinating, entertaining and engaging events across the UK.

British Science Week falls between 11-20 March 2016 and Plymouth University will be hosting a range of inspiring talks and demonstrations during this time.

The success of previous NSEW weeks was demonstrated in 2012 when the University was awarded runner-up in the Outstanding Contribution category by the British Science Association.
