Are you a small business in Devon? You could be missing out on FREE training and support, as well as incentive payments of up to £3,600.

There are now new ways that businesses in Devon can gain support with training, recruitment, product development and testing and data analysis services by working with local education providers, including the University of Plymouth and University College South Devon.

This free event provides businesses with the opportunity to learn about ALL of the free support available to them in one place.

Creating opportunities for STEM graduates and businesses in Devon

STEM Graduates into Business provides opportunities for recent graduates in science, technology, engineering and maths to undertake 6-12 month paid internships with Devon based, innovative small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

Run by the University of Plymouth but open to STEM graduates from any university, these internships are a great way to gain CV enhancing work experience and build industry contacts.

Plymouth Materials Characterisation Project (PMCP)

Your products analysed at the nano-scale

We're offering 40 SMEs in Devon the chance to work with technical specialists and state-of-the-art technology, to provide insight into product samples and offer real solutions to real business problems - free of charge.

The project will use the brand new focused ion-beam, scanning electron microscope (FIB-SEM) to analyse your samples and initiate new product development, leaving a lasting impact on your business.
