The University of Plymouth Meditation Society are hosting this free talk which will be of interest to meditators, artists and musicians.

Subtitled John Cage: a critique of subjectivism, John Danvers' talk explores the overlap between visual art, music and mindfulness.

John Danvers is an artist, writer, and teacher, who has been meditating in the Soto Zen Buddhist tradition since 1965. He also runs the Exeter Meditation Circle.

The talk is free and open to society members and non-members, but please book a ticket via the above link as places are limited. Light refreshments are provided.
