Computer adaptive testing allows for a more accurate and efficient measurement tool than traditional questionnaires. 

This seminar discusses how computer adaptive testing can be implemented within a healthcare setting. It also covers how machine learning can be implemented to support targeted feedback and work alongside measurement tools to create a cost effective (free) service evaluation tool.
