This event is for Plymouth University staff only.

The Road Safety function at Devon County Council has long been evidence and data lead. Data informs communication with a range of stakeholders including those responsible for designing, commissioning and delivering services as well as those with electoral oversight. The public have a range of interests in our work as taxpayers and road users.

This session will review the way the 'data revolution' is being managed. We will briefly outline how modern dashboard tools transform the dialogue with our many stakeholders. The discussion will briefly highlight the importance of graduates entering the modern professional workforce being data literate in perhaps a different way to that required by previous generations.

Guest speakers include Jeremy Phillips and Marie Woltman from Devon County Council.
