Join us for a two-day workshop exploring clay and its opportunities as a digital material, combining hand making with 3D modelling and printing technologies.

This event is supported by the South West Creative Technology Network and investigates the links and design practices emerging from the intersections of crafts and automation in design practice.

The workshop includes an induction on 3D printing technologies including software and hardware (clay 3D printer), and will take place in the Ceramics Studio at the University of Plymouth. No previous experience with digital tools is required and we can partially support transport costs.

Light lunch, tea and coffee will be provided.

The invitation is open to any maker in the South West and booking for this event has now closed. Contact for any queries.
