Calling all sustainability researchers and creative organisations – do you want funding to help communicate research?

Researchers…

  • Are you a University of Plymouth researcher interested in creating impact?
  • Are you interested in working with a creative partner to communicate your research?

Creative industry professionals…

  • Are you interested in collaborating with the University of Plymouth to communicate research using your creative expertise?

The Sustainable Earth Institute (SEI) is pleased to be able to launch its second year of funding for the Creative Associates programme - bringing together researchers with creative industry organisations to explore and fund novel and innovative ways of communicating research.

We welcome all creative outputs, including (but not limited to): photographs, videos, infographic art, illustration, poetry, animation, performing arts, and digital 3D visualisation.

The funding

The Creative Associates programme, now in its second year, provides funding to enable the development of novel and innovative ways of communicating sustainability research at the University of Plymouth.

The workshop

The workshop will give you the chance to hear from previous winners, see their creative outputs, and find out about this year’s funding award process. You will also have the chance to network with researchers and creative organisations interested in developing collaborations and kick starting creative projects.

Booking is essential for this event - please register your place via the above link.

If you are unable to make the workshop but are interested in the funding scheme, please contact Dr Paul Hardman (paul.hardman@plymouth.ac.uk).
