Having a clear idea of how we in business define success and how we plan to get there is essential. This workshop guides you through the processes and habits which help us build a mindset for success. Whether you would benefit from more motivation, clearer goals, or simply a new focus on life, this workshop helps you get to grips with how to build the right mindset.

This session looks at how you can combine making a profit with ethical principles. The two are not mutually exclusive. We will explore new forms of business. For example what is social enterprise? What about B-Corps and community businesses? How are these different to standard business models and why are they important in the 21st century?
