Save event

The Institute of Health and Community invites you to attend our annual conference. Our theme this year is interdisciplinary collaborative working and supporting early career researchers.

We are planning an interactive afternoon event with plenty of networking and learning opportunities. We will invite the shortlisted applicants for the IHC pump priming grant to present their proposed studies – you, the audience, will vote on your preferred option! The result will inform the final decision for the awards.

There will be an interactive process to identify new collaborative project ideas, specifically exploring how key research questions and priorities could be met. We will invite you to submit your research questions prior to the event. Interdisciplinary groups will discuss how best questions can be answered and research bids developed.

The final part of the exciting afternoon will be a ‘Meet the Expert’ networking event. You can come and chat informally to a range of experts to give you advice to further your research career.

We look forward to welcoming you to the event.
