International Women's Day 2018
Save event

The University is once again pleased to be hosting a range of events for International Women's Day designed to explore how gender parity can be improved.

Gender parity is not about one gender pitched against the other - it is about ensuring a level playing field in our careers, regardless of gender.

These events will help us all share ideas for actions which can be taken to improve the development and progression of the careers of current and future generations.

The IWD 2018 campaign theme is #PressforProgress

Visit the International Women's Day website for further information.

University Women's Network

Focusing specifically on providing a unified voice for people who identify as a woman, the network is open to all staff within our University community. Our network is inclusive, and men are welcome to join and attend our events and engage in the discussion on gender parity for all.
