John Boughton, author of Municipal Dreams, will give a talk that outlines the history and changing state of social/council housing (the houses, the streets and communities) from the perspective of the estates and residents affected and in the context of changes in procurement and legislation in the UK, and the aftermath of the fire at Grenfell Tower.
