These are participation free sessions. This is a friendly, informative talk with hand outs to take away. You will not be required to talk about yourself or your anxieties.
We also run mindfulness drop-in sessions at Truro. The next one is on Thursday 2 June from 12:00 - 13:00 in Room F06, Knowledge Spa.
