The workshop is designed to bring awareness on the assistance visually impaired people may require.

The session consists of practical and and interactive learning so that you can safely and appropriately guide a person with sight loss. At the end of this training you are able to guide a friend, family member or anyone on an informal basis.

Facilitator: Rick Allbrook, My Guide Ambassador for the Exeter Branch.

If you would be interested in this training, please email or phone 01752 588881.

Numbers are limited at these sessions (about 12 per session) so early booking is advised.

What is the My Guide Service?

The My Guide scheme is a partnership between Guide Dogs and community organisations, which helps people with sight loss get out of their homes and back into the community.
