This is a unique opportunity to sit in on a rehearsal of this world-class string quartet and observe the ways in which the musicians interact. 

Coherent and meaningful musical interpretation is critical to all cogent performances, so join us to experience the Dante Quartet preparing for their concert here as they discuss musical stylistic issues, balance dynamics, and juggle the intricacies of ensemble dynamics. 

The musicians will explain what they are doing and why, and there will be an opportunity for Q&A also.

The newly-created Musica Viva Concert Series brings internationally acclaimed performers to our Plymouth community to inspire, educate, challenge, and unite audiences by presenting world-class musicians in public concert performances, open rehearsals, and informal talks.
