Join the Plymouth Electron Microscopy Centre (PEMC) team, Innovate UK and ZEISS at one of our sector-focused Industrial Solutions events to discover what Electron Microscopy could do for your business.
Supported by Innovate UK, UKRI, ZEISS (and funded by ERDF), PEMC is hosting a series of free events that will focus specifically on sectors identified within the UK government’s Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund, and priority areas for the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise Partnership (HOTSW LEP).
Companies are warmly invited to join us for one or more of these events on the main University campus, to not only discover what Electron Microscopy could do for your company but to also find out about the latest UK funding opportunities for industry; particularly SMEs.
Our Industrial Solutions event on Wednesday 20 November 2019 will focus on the clean energy sector, featuring presentations from local companies ARC Marine Ltd and PulSiv Solar Ltd who will demonstrate how Electron Microscopy has been used practically to develop new products for the sector. Innovate UK will provide an update on current funding opportunities for industry and there will be an introduction to the University’s Sustainable Earth Institute (SEI) and new project for Devon companies; Low Carbon Devon. Keep up to date with the latest programme and speakers by following us on Linked In (https://www.linkedin.com/in/clairepearce1/ and https://www.linkedin.com/groups/8304556/).
