Delegates on the Sales Strategy course will utilise a number of sales planning processes.

In the session you will: 

  • Understand how sales and marketing interact in small businesses 
  • Start to build a Sales and Marketing Plan with financial objectives and activities to achieve them
  • Understand the target customer and how to apply a sales/marketing funnel to progress them to close
  • Review the best sales approaches for your business.

The outcome of the course is to complete a sample Sales Plan for your business.
