Plymouth University is looking for volunteers to take part in a fun, interactive morning of workshops at Radford Woods Local Nature Reserve.

The workshops will be run by final year biology students who have designed science activities to help people learn about plants, animals and the environment. The activities are educational and fun, and also contribute to the collection of scientific data. By taking part, you will also be helping students with their course so they can trial and improve the activities they have developed.

There will be six or more short activities to try out, each looking at different aspects of science and nature. It is free to take part and refreshments will be provided. You are welcome to join us for one or both days - the activities will be different each time.

Adults and children welcome (all children must be accompanied by an adult). Contact Alison Smith to register your interest (email: / tel: 07954 683869).
