Save event

Are you curious to know more about seeds?  Or are you at a loss with the choice of seeds available, seed catalogues, in deciding which seeds for your purposes?

Hosted by Plymouth Growing Futures, this informal workshop looks at seeds from a diverse perspective, helping you to work your way around the process of acquiring, sowing, saving, swapping and eating seeds. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

Speaker: Dr Owen Smith - Botanist, Futures Food Plant Breeder, OPEL Citizen Scientist and Blogger.

We also have the new Stonehouse Seed bank to view, with thanks to Anne-Marie Culhane. Anne-Marie is a Cornish-based community artist activist, working across a range of disciplines including visual arts, installation, performance, text, design, craft, horticulture and food.
