The Engineering Education Scheme (EES) is the UK’s longest running, engineering employer engagement activity with 32 years of introducing talented young people into skills and competencies they need, in order to thrive in industry.

Over the years many employers have used the EES to engage with talented young people across the South West through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) based projects.

The Celebration and Assessment Day is a great way to appreciate the significant achievements of these young people in industry and an excellent showcase for the investment and support young people receive from South West companies.

The event also demonstrates the benefits these student projects bring to participating companies.
