Students provide feedback on their Higher Education experience through a diverse array of formal and informal mechanisms.

This workshop will explore the contemporary thinking around the role of the student voice and examine how it can shape practice. Delivered in partnership with UPSU, the workshop will also provide opportunities for participants to map current processes and identify future strategies.

Participants at this session will be enabled to:

  • Discuss contemporary thought around student voice
  • Identify a range of formal and informal mechanisms for responding to student feedback
  • Map current practices of capturing and responding to student voice across schools and programmes
  • Identify potential strategies for future innovation in this area.
