This seminar outlines the University of New South Wales' (UNSW) Students as Partners (SaP) project and how it fits within the PVCE portfolio’s ecological response to the UNSW 2025 Strategic Initiative.
SaP is viewed as a way of thinking that positions students as change agents who share responsibility for learning and teaching with university staff. SaP shifts students from a position of learning from to include learning with academics. This enables students to be partners in the creation of knowledge and in the development of teaching innovations.
Case studies of SaP project work will be discussed as well as what has worked well and what has not worked so well and why.
This event is open to University of Plymouth staff - please book a place via the iTrent link above.
