This 40 credit degree-level module will give you the knowledge and skills base to effectively and systematically assess and manage critically ill adults in an intensive care environment, particularly those with respiratory, cardiac and renal needs.
Teaching is normally delivered as 12 study days over a three month period. A range of teaching methods are utilised including: lectures, discussion, case studies, demonstration, simulation, and visits.
