OneDrive directly from your Office suite programmes.
- Large Capacity - Store files of up to 10Gb in size, to a total storage capacity of 1Tb.
- Accessible - Apps are available for iOS, Android and Windows devices to allow you to view and manage your files.
- Versioning - View, download or restore a previous version of your Office files.
- Integration with Office - automatically open and save files to your OneDrive straight from Office.
How do I use it?

With the free mobile apps, you can access your files through nearly any connected device, such as
smartphones and tablets.
On University staff computers you can install the desktop sync client from Software Centre (PC) or the App Store (Mac).
Your files are available from nearly anywhere. You can manage your files from any computer with the internet, and grant access to colleagues and even associates at other institutes, to view and edit files with you.

When naming your Files and Folders, we recommend no more than 170 characters from the start of your first Folder to the end of the final Filename. We also recommend not including any spaces in your File or Folder names as these take up unnecessary characters.
There are also a number of special characters that cannot be used in Filenames and Folders.
