Mrs Dheya Alwazzan

Dheya is a doctoral researcher at the University of Plymouth's Business School. Her research centres on leadership, human capital development, and human resources management, with a particular emphasis on the educational sector of the Gulf Cooperation Countries. She has made significant contributions as a university staff member in Kuwait and continues to actively participate in community projects dedicated to the upliftment of humanity.
