Research interests

My research interest lies at the intersection of public transport and technology, with a specific focus on enhancing passenger satisfaction and overall quality of life through the application of smart technologies in public transport systems. In my ongoing research project, titled "Smart Public Transport and Passenger Satisfaction in Large Cities", I explore the integration of advanced technologies to address key questions on how to improve the quality attributes of public transport and subsequently elevate passenger satisfaction.  My goal is to contribute to the advancement of urban transportation systems, creating more efficient, user-friendly, and satisfying public transport experiences that positively impact the quality of life for residents.
