Identifies, in collaboration with your employer and University of Plymouth module lead, work based objectives and develops a learning contract specific to these objectives. You will need to identify what learning is needed and identify ways to evidence and evaluate development.
Learning outcomes
- Identify and manage personal and professional learning needs.
- Evidence learning and development in relation to work based objectives.
- Demonstrate evidence based knowledge of field of practice, project context and mechanisms required to instigate change/develop practice or maintain good practice.
- Apply critical analysis of theory and research to practice development.

Entry requirements
- be a registered health and social care professional or health and social care worker in possession of previous study at level 5 (Diploma of Higher Education) or a foundation degree to study the module at degree level, or
- be a registered health and social care professional or health and social care worker ideally in possession of previous study at degree level to study the module at masters level.
